Hello, my name is Rebecca Lance. At school, I'm known as Ms. Becca. I have worked for RCS since 2015 and have been a Broadmeadow Bobcat the entire time. I am a teacher's aide for a self-contained special education classroom. I genuinely love my job and what I do. I have always enjoyed working with children and have worked with little ones for over 15 years!
I am also a mom to two beautiful daughters. One is in 3rd grade; the other just entered Jr. High. I enjoy doing things with my daughters and love to watch my oldest play softball. Her passion makes my heart happy.
My mother raised me to be kind to all. I'm a very caring person. I do anything I can to help others. We never know anyone's situation entirely, so I never "judge a book by its cover". I am excited to continue to impact the lives of kids at RCS for years to come.
Hello, my name is Ms. Miranda. I am a teacher's aide at Broadmeadow in a self-contained special education classroom. I have been working for RCS (at Broadmeadow) since 2019, and I absolutely love it. I came to RCS with eleven years of experience from Little Wings Early Childhood Center and eight years serving youth as the lead cook at Lincoln's Challenge Academy. I was also a foster parent for six years and was the site coordinator at the local YMCA after school program.
I am a social butterfly and enjoy collaborating with all the teachers in my building. I share my busy home with my daughter, two god-daughters, and best friend - life is better surrounded by them!
I have a passion for helping children, but I'm also a chef. I love to cook for my friends and family and have cooked for crowds as big as 400! I was taught that hard work pays off, and I strive to do my best at anything I am asked to do. Caring for others gives me a sense of accomplishment. I hope to continue helping students for many more years at RCS!

Hi, my name is Elizabeth Reynolds. I received my bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Illinois in May of 2008. From the fall of 2008 until December 2010, I was a substitute teacher in four different school districts. In December of 2010, I took a job as a clerical at Broadmeadow. I filled that position until the fall of 2012. I then took a job as a paraprofessional. I have worked at Broadmeadow, Pleasant Acres, and Eastlawn. I have worked as a one-on-one teaching assistant for a student with visual impairments. In that position, I learned Braille grades 1 & 2 and Unified English Braille, otherwise known as UEB Braille. I then became a Pre-K paraprofessional for a year. In the last three years, I have worked as a resource paraprofessional. I enjoy working with the students and watching their personal and academic growth.
I live here in Rantoul with my family. I can often be found in the library or walking around my block. I first moved Rantoul when I was in 5th grade. My dad was at Chanute Air Force Base. I attended Broadmeadow, Eater Junior High, and Rantoul Township High School. In my free time, I love to read Historial fiction. I also knit, sew, work on diamond dotz, and draw.
