ABOUT MS. DOMAN
I am Amy Doman, and this is my 3rd year teaching at Broadmeadow. It is my 29th year working in schools! I absolutely love being involved with learning. I consider myself more of a coach and guide. I focus on helping students discover who they are and how they can be successful in this constantly changing world. I love to celebrate their successes and share in their growth.
On a more personal note, I am adjusting to being the mother of a soldier in the U.S. Army. My son is stationed in Alaska and is proud to be a paratrooper. Because of the pandemic, I have not seen him since March, when our school found out we would not get to return after Spring Break. This has been hard, but he is discovering how he can be successful in this world, and I am enjoying sharing in his growth. I have another son who is working out the details for beginning to take college classes. For my boys, my coaching job is over, but my cheerleading job goes on!
